Sandor Szabo

Hello! I'm Sandor Szabo, a licensed Florida Real Estate professional and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with Tateo & Co and Horizons By The Sea, Inc. I am deeply passionate about making the homeownership and real estate journey seamless, transparent, and stress-free by serving as your true one-stop shop for every phase of the transaction.

Before focusing on the Tampa Bay market, I built a foundation of over 9 years of high-volume residential rental experience as a Rental Specialist in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as well as 13 years of luxury customer service leadership as a Casino Manager with Carnival Cruise Lines. That extensive background taught me the vital importance of active listening, uncompromising integrity, and prompt, reliable communication.

Whether you are a first-time buyer embarking on your initial purchase, an investor seeking strong cap rates, searching for luxury waterfront property in Tampa or St. Petersburg, or exploring new construction builder options, I provide tailored guidance at every crossroad.
